- Individual contributor role for Business Development/Lead Generation to get new clients for our information services business opportunities from USA, Canada, Africa, Latin America, European, Australia, APAC and other geographies.
- Research the market to identify potential prospects, key decision makers and further establish initial contact via email and over phone to make persuasive proposals to interest them in the business and services offered.
- Maintain effective knowledge and conduct a need analysis of Business, products and services (credit reporting, debt collection) offered, to convert the prospect into clients.
- Keep pace in developments and changes within the market for better understanding of clientâ€™s needs.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within ERP, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA's preferred. However, Graduates with relevant work experience can also apply.
- Min 3-5 years of proven track record and experience in Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- fluency in English is an absolute must.
- Should have experience working in a global virtual environment preferably with Global companies.
- Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Must be familiar with MS Office, Excel, Word, basic IT skills and internet research tools.
